Our tasting menu is a celebration of the senses, starting with delicate canapés such as the cheese and onion gougère with pickled walnut and the Orkney scallop tart with yuzu and wasabi. Each dish is designed to showcase the finest ingredients, from the cured sea bream with elderflower vinegar to the beautifully poached halibut served with Exmoor caviar.

As a premier restaurant in Clerkenwell, we take immense pride in our heritage and location. Our Scotch beef fillet is a true highlight, featuring beef XO, veal sweetbread, and morels. We source our beef directly from the historic Smithfield Market, located just footsteps from our front door. This ensures we serve only the freshest, highest-quality meat, supporting the traditions of the City of London while providing our guests with a world-class dining experience.

Hosted within our elegant private rooms, this experience is perfect for intimate gatherings or celebratory events, catering for groups between 6 and 28 guests. To enhance your meal, our Head Sommelier, Christina, has curated a selection of paired wines for £50 per person. Each pour is chosen to complement the intricate flavours of Chef Tim’s creations, from the acidity of the sea bream to the rich depth of the Scotch beef.

For those with a penchant for savoury finishes, an additional cheese course featuring a Cashel blue, fig, and red currant tart is available for a £10 supplement. We conclude the evening with refreshing pre-desserts and decadent Mayan chocolate, followed by our signature “Crème de menthe after eights” petit fours.
