Meet our expert team

With over 22 years of culinary experience, our Head Chef has built his career in some of the UK’s finest kitchens, from French brasseries and farm-to-fork restaurants in Bristol to renowned seafood restaurants in Cornwall and fine dining establishments across London. He joined Smiths in January 2026.

Passionate about seasonal British cuisine, he creates menus inspired by Britain’s coastline and countryside, showcasing the finest locally sourced ingredients. Seafood is a particular favourite, with John Dory and Turbot among his signature dishes.

Under his leadership, No.3 Rooftop was proudly awarded an AA Rosette in April 2026, recognising our commitment to exceptional food, quality, and dining experiences.
