Our original venue is located in Farringdon, in the heart of London’s iconic Smithfield meat market. The Grade II listed building spans 4 floors, a café, Craft beer bar, Dining Room & a top floor terrace restaurant. Each floor brings a unique seasonal menu with a focus on British meat as well as a distinct style complete with open spaces, blasted brickwork and large windows with views of the City.

Our latest opening in Cannon Street embraces our heritage, bringing the art of butchery and expertly executed seasonal produce into the city. The café & bar serves up our bloody good breakfasts, lunch as well as craft beer and cocktails after work. The Dining Room is led by our meat mad Head Chef Henry Omereye who serves up our signature big cuts, rare breed steaks and seasonal specialities.

  • ‘SMITHS’ of Smithfield Farringdon was built in 1887 and was originally used as a warehous to store meats from the world famous market.
  • The legendary William Wallace was hung, drawn and quartered in Smithfield.
  • Smithfield was the place where jousting and tournaments took place.
  • Smithfield Market has been trading meat for more than 140 years in a massive hall opened in 1868.
