The floor serves both lunch and dinner, and the curated selection of beer is something not to be missed. Sitting opposite the world-renowned Smithfield Market, meat provenance featured highly on ‘SMITHS’ menu long before it become common currency elsewhere. Did we mention that ALL meat served is prepared freshly in house by our executive chef?

A cut above the rest

This second floor restaurant serves beautiful British steak from all cuts, resulting in hearty food that won’t disappoint. Every mouthful is made to savour, making sure your first visit isn’t your last.

But don’t just choose which cut of meat you want to order. Learn the art of butchery and how to serve it by taking a ‘SMITHS’ masterclass course in the Dining Room.  The courses offer a range of cuts, structures and costs to suit any budget.

With its large windows and open-plan layout, this floor offers a large, lofty feel which gives diners the space to enjoy their meal at their own speed.

The design of the Dining Room also means it’s a great space to host your special occasions. With beautiful black and white photographs of Old Smithfield Meat Market surrounding the room. The whole floor is available for exclusive hire. It can host up to 130 people seated, and 250 standing. It’s the perfect place to stage private dining parties, canapes parties and launch evets. There are so many options to choose from including cocktail masterclasses, or for ultimate beer fans why not ‘meet the brewer’ in our very own Craft Beer Bar and get a personal and unique insight in to the brewery, along with a tutored tastings of our delicious cask ales, and food to match specially selected by our head chefs.
